A very dissapointed end to our Dubai journey. On lap 12 we spun out bigtime and almost rolled over in a high speed turn. At approx 120 mph the boat lifted up in front, then landed on one side and a very fast 180 degree spin out.

We stopped today on the very first lap. I had an alarm on one engine with low oil pressure. I tried to restart the system many times but it came back. We just had to stop and retire from the race.

It became one of our best and hardest races so far in Australia. From a bad start we manage to gain space into the lead before second turn.

Team Maritimo`s new Class-1 boat is out of the mould. This is the first edition of the planned four this year. The rigging will start just after deck and the rest is mounted together.
