Interview with Pal before the race weekend.

We had a great start today and got the lead early. SIMRAD with Luke and Peter came on the side of us after the first turn. Then we knew our speed not was enought. In turn two we gave everything and side by side with SIMRAD we took a very fast and sharp turn.

In todays race we completed all laps and got a 6th place. We managed to do our goals witch was to have a good start and to win our start group.

Just outside Gold Coast and Brisbane you will find the Maritimo racing factory. Theese days its a lot of activities going on. For the next race our team will compete with three boats. The Tencara with Tom and I. One Victory boat with Peter McGrath, Luke Durman. And the Maritimo made boat with Bil...

We are extremely happy with our race victory today. After a poor start we really pushed hard in the first corner. We where able to pass SIMRAD and ACME on the outside in this fast corner.

To finish first, first you have to finish. Thats a good comment on todays Class-1 race. We had problems with one fuel injector so the boat was really hard to get on plain. After a few tries we managed to get it going. The rest of our competitors where long gone.

A very sucsessfull race for both boats of Maritimo team. Tom and I drove very well and combined with good setup we could win the race.
