Between the races i try to exercise as much as possible. I like to ski, rollerski, mountain bike amd running. Its important to stay fit and focused. During off season and between races its important to do a lot of different things that build your stamina and strenght. No big muscles. Just long distance strength and endurance. The weight must be kept down. You also deal with nerves and stress better if you stay fit. Not every driver in the world understands it and takes it seriously.
