Next weekend the UIM XCAT SKYDIVE DUBAI WORLD SERIES joins Europe for the first time. Pål Virik Nilsen will team up with long time racing partner Tom BArry-Cotter from Australia. They will run in the newly established "Dubai Duty Free" team. Pål is very exited before the next weeks challenge and says:
"It will be really cool to race next week with Tom again in for us this new class/series. I have been preparing as good as i can. I dont have a boat to practice with here in Norway so all i can do to prepare is to keep fit and mentaly train for the event. We know the waters in Stresa well because we raced Clas-1 there in 2009. We actually won that race but lost it by two seconds because of a stupid rule regarding long lap must be taken before lap 7. And unfortunately we took it on the start of lap 8. Anyway thats history and i hope we also this time can fight with the front runners. Lets try our best and see what result it comes out in the end.
