Pal Virik Nilsen leads this year's World Cup series in Formula 2 circuit racing so far. After qualifying in the second round in Sweden Pal got fifth place. That will give the fifth place on the grid in tomorrow's final. He is the best Norwegian athlete so far also.
The course is 1,852 meters with 5 buoys. The Sandefjord based driver is basically
an offshore pilot, he wants the Stockholm water to be more rough with more waves.
- All in all a good day so far, Pal Virik Nilsen tells. We been testing with several propellers and are becoming more familiar with the boat. The boat is fast and flies fine on the water. All this and i have a team
around me that work really well, so now i look forward to tomorrow.
The plan is ready, anything but victory or at least podium in the morning race is not good
enought.
